Our aging barrels are constructed from fire-bent, 1” thick, Northern grown, quarter-sawn, premium North American White Oak, charred to your specifications, and finished with galvanized rings.
Proudly made in the USA, we offer craft distillery-sized barrels from
2.5 - 30 gallons, all bound in heavy, galvanized riveted bands and fitted with silicon or wood bungs.
All our barrels may be optionally lined, equipped with stainless steel spigots, and finished to a presentation grade.

Charring & Toasting
While superior craftsmanship results in an aesthetically pleasing barrel, the most important part of the maturation process is the interaction with the interior of the barrel. We fire bend and hand toast or char every barrel, resulting in greater complexity in your spirits.
Our charring and toasting technology provides highly accurate temperature controls delivering consistent toast and char levels from barrel to barrel; order to order. We offer four standard char and four standard toast options.
Customization
